Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) — sometimes called “Tapping” — is a gentle, evidence‑based method that works with the body/mind energy system. By tapping on meridian points while focusing on emotional or physical issues, EFT helps dissolve energy disruptions, reduce stress, and release blockages rooted in past experiences.
What are the benefits of EFT
In the moment:
Releases overwhelming emotions (anxiety, fear, grief, sadness, overwhelm)
Calms the nervous system, reduces stress, adrenal response, brain‑fog, and physical tension/pain

What Happens during an EFT session?
A 1‑hour session, offered online or in person. In a safe, compassionate space, you will be guided through tapping sequences as you focus on emotions, memories, or physical discomfort that’s ready to shift. The process helps bring awareness to unconscious protective patterns — and let them soften, letting new narratives and relief emerge.

Single Session
Individual sessions offer a focused, supportive space to work at your pace. We follow what is present for you, whether that’s anxiety, overwhelm, chronic pain patterns, relationship dynamics, or experiences that feel stuck in the body. The goal isn’t to push through emotions, but to allow the nervous system to process them safely
Bi-Monthly Support
(6 sessions)
A steady, spacious option for ongoing support throughout the year. This package includes six sessions, paid in full, with the option to book one session every other month.
This rhythm allows time between sessions for integration and reflection.
Monthly Support
(12 sessions)
Designed for those who feel called to consistent, regular care. This package includes twelve sessions, paid in full, with the option to book one session each month.
This option supports deeper ongoing work through a continuous, monthly rhythm.
Group and Community Sessions
Workshops, group tapping circles, and themed gatherings offered throughout the year.
These sessions combine shared conversation and guided tapping around common experiences such as stress, pain patterns, or relationship challenges, allowing personal shifts while feeling supported by others.
